At one point, this facility was highly recommended, but ever since they brought on Jose, my experiences have gone downhill. I’ve brought all three of my vehicles here, and every interaction with Jose has been dismissive and unprofessional. He comes across as untrustworthy, and what once felt like a customer-focused business now feels like a place trying to take advantage of people. I left my Volkswagen sitting at home for two months after Jose told me all it needed was a coolant pipe, yet also claimed it would cost me thousands of dollars just to diagnose the issue before they could even figure out what was wrong. That made no sense to me especially if I told you it was over heating. Before I even had the vehicle towed in, I asked if they could check it out, and he never mentioned that there would be significant upfront cost or fee. Later, he told me they couldn’t properly diagnose the car without me paying thousands, then turned around and said I owed $150 for a diagnosis—something he never disclosed upfront. I made it clear from the beginning that I wasn’t paying for work if the issue was uncertain. When we discussed this over the phone, he talked in circles and couldn’t give a straight answer. Even my husband told him that he wasn’t making sense. Overall, it was one issue after another with this facility. What used to be a trusted place now feels dishonest, and I would not recommend it based on my experience. Just for that I took my business elsewhere. Giving them a 1 was generous of me they really deserve a 0.
