Outstanding service from Carlos. He took the time to thoroughly inspect my vehicle and discovered that a previous repair shop had not been truthful about the work performed. He clearly showed me that the part they installed did not match what they claimed, even pointing out the actual part number on the component. His transparency and attention to detail made it evident that I had been misled by the other shop. I truly appreciate his honesty and professionalism.

I took my truck thinking that it can be the transmission problem because it was not shifting gears right. Carlos did an excellent job looking at the problem and change out a sensor that was bad and fixed my problem. He also was very friendly and explained everything professionally and with an excellent price he got it fixed in like 1hour, I highly recommended Carlos of his great work.
