Grease Monkey

I recently had my brakes worked on and got an oil change at Grease Monkey, and Bill and his team were awesome from start to finish. They run an honest business and truly deliver VIP-level service every time. My entire family takes our cars there because we know we can trust them. Bill and his team have a wealth of knowledge, take the time to explain things clearly, and genuinely care about their customers. It’s also great supporting a veteran-owned business. Thank you for your service, Bill, and thank you for always taking such great care of our vehicles!

Good service, no guarantees but he would do his best and with luck, it would help. When others told me they could not change my transmission fluid or that it didn’t need changing Bill told me that the transmission oil was thin and needed to be filled & l am sure it was because of the axial seal that had been put by Christian Brothers that had been leaking, but after Bill changed the oil that Christian Brothers told me that didn’t need to be changed, Bill at Grease Monkey suggested otherwise. The car is running much better and I thank you for your honesty and being a straight shooter.

In town working on a project and needed a rotation, Stopped in and Mr Bill let me know was running a special with an oil change as was getting close figured why not As my 6.2 GMC takes a lot of synthetic the overall cost was very very reasonable When it came to rotation, I was extremely impressed when I saw the gentlemen actually get a torue wrench and verify specs, as my GMC has higher than normal. Mr Bill pointed out a few items of interest, I also watched their interaction with other customers with whom they made sure cover all details All in all was give 5stars double over Hats off to Mr Bill and his entire crew, very professional

This grease monkey is the best! 6 out of 5 stars! Bill is an amazing person and mechanic. He is extremely friendly, helpful, and straightforward. I first brought our cars there just for oil changes, but now he’s our main mechanic. He provides the prices of parts and labor before doing anything, so you know what to expect beforehand. We will always bring our cars here first. The team that works there is also great! They are all friendly and they don’t try to sell you all the extra stuff the other oil change chains will try to sell you. They have only offered me those services/parts when they were necessary. Even then they are not pushy about you purchasing those services/parts. They top up the other fluids when you purchase an oil change and vacuum the interior of the car. The waiting area is nice and there is a fridge with complimentary water for customers while they wait. You don’t have to wait long though, because they get you in and out promptly. The prices are also great! We cannot recommend this grease monkey more, whether it’s an oil change or any other work needed on your vehicle.

This is a great shop for not only oiled changes, but basically, any mechanical work on your vehicle. The owner, Bill, is super knowledgeable and skilled as both a mechanic and businessman. His prices are very fair, his staff is well trained and courteous. They'll sell you the parts and services you need, without trying to upsell you on unnecessary parts and repairs. My go to shop.
