This young lady helped me with my tire. I wanted to replace it with a tire I had already but that tire was bad as well. I knew that I was in good hands when she began to change the tire herself. The replacement tire was reasonably priced and it allowed to the peace of mind in knowing that I wouldn't have to worry about my tire pressure being low.

Had to bring the car back 3 times within 10 minutes of getting the tires replaced. Brought 4 brand new tires in and asked them to change them. 3 out of 4 tires were installed with the "inside" label on the outside. That was the first time coming back to get them reinstalled the correct way. One guy tried to explain to me that there's no "rotation" for the tire... even tho the tires are labeled with the words "inside" and "outside." The second time coming back was due to vibration after driving for 1 minute on the road. I told the guy to do all 4 tire balances. They only did the front 2 even tho i showed the guy the receipt for 4 tire balance... The car still has some slight vibration. My guess would be that after they changed the tires again and put them into the correction rotation... they never rechecked the balance, and I'm driving with the old balance on the tires from when they did the balance the first time they installed the tires wrong. Also.... the guy inflated my tires to 46 psi for a regular 19-inch car tire. It seems like they don't really know what they're doing over there. Burbank has a shop that changes and balances all 4 tires for $80 and does it the correct way. Plus, the guy seemed to be upset that i called them out on not doing their only job right, and i gave him a cash tip. I also did inform the lady at the front desk that I am a mechanic and a tech... they chose to attempt and scam the wrong person after i had already overpaid for such a simple and easy job... and yea, i can change my own tires, but I had a hand surgery not too long ago, so I thought I'd help a small business out and let them make some money. But scamming people and half assing a job is not how you get returning customers. I'm never going back there again

I absolutely love this place! My dad and I used to go to their location in Hazelcrest before they closed down that one. They have really good service and had always looked out for my vehicle.

I bought a G37 from blue sky auto sales in Crestwood and they sent me here in to get minor repairs done under warranty and they’re covering it and doing a good job thanks JR tire shop

Put my directional tires the wrong way, then the shop manager had a very poor attitude when i said i will take them elsewhere after their machine broke and I want my money back. Very bad attitude, had to check the wheel balancing weights because they were loose. Crap work, crap service. Do not recommend
