AAA North Riverside Car Care Plus

Came in for international permit Was greeted by an agent at counter, asked me to have a seat Waited 1.5hr for a permit that really should take 10min! Yes not my first time lol One was about done when I walked in, three customer were in front of me...Not sure how it would take this long...Oh yes, that is because none of them filled out their form and need photos taken I had form filled and photos ready! None of them were ready! While I understand should be first come first serve but For better control who ever ready should be taken first They all was with the host for 30min plus, took him 8min to do me! But I waited 1.5hour for nothing!

I brought my vehicle to AAA at the Riverside and Aurora locations after my battery died. I paid for multiple repairs and replacements that staff recommended, trusting their diagnosis. Despite this, the battery warning light is still flashing, meaning the original issue was never fixed. I repeatedly provided video evidence of the warning light, but my concerns were dismissed and no clear explanation was given. I was never informed of potential engine damage or ongoing mechanical risk. I transport two children under 10, and my vehicle remains unsafe to drive. This was not a minor inconvenience—it was a serious safety failure. I paid for repairs that did not resolve the problem and left my family at continued risk. Extremely disappointed and would not trust AAA with critical vehicle safety issues. Poor communication across the board for both locations.

I came at 5:30 to get an international driving permit. I was told to sit down and wait for employee who was helping another customer. At 5:50pm, he tells me that system does not work after 6pm, when office is supposed to close. He could have said that when I got there (he was helping one customer)

If you are in the area and need a mechanic you can actually trust, AAA North Riverside Car Care Plus is the spot. The staff treated me like a neighbor, not just another customer.They explained everything in plain language, gave me HONEST recommendations and didn't push any extra work. I took my car in the shop due to needing a throttle body replacement. They also found out my wires been chewed by a rodnet smh. The price was fair and its clear they care about taking care of people in the community.My car has been running smoothly ever since. Its hard to find to a dependable shop these days, but thanks to Charles Johnson, Josh Pares and the whole AAA North Riverside team who definitely earn my trust. I'll will be back and will be sending friends and family thier way. I thank you all and apperciate the service you have given me.

I really like the customer service Charles Johnson helped me was very nice and respectful and the seating area was even comfortable while I waited on my vehicle to be serviced I will definitely be coming back for sure !!
