I had such a great experience at Mexico Mufflers in Wheeling! My catalytic converter had fallen off my Camry and I came in unexpectedly, not knowing if they’d even be able to help me that day. Joe and the team were incredibly kind, professional, and reassuring from the moment I walked in. I was honestly shocked at how quickly they got everything taken care of. My car was ready in less than three hours! They did an excellent job, and my Camry has been running smooth and quiet ever since. It’s hard to find honest and friendly auto shops these days, but the service here was truly outstanding. They also did not over charge me their prices are more than reasonable. I’m very grateful for Joe and the team for helping me out so quickly. I highly recommend Mexico Mufflers to anyone who needs muffler or exhaust work! I wish I could give them more than 5 stars I would!

They gave me great service. They took my car in on a busy Saturday with an issue I had from another shop. It was a break issue which they were able to identify with a visual inspection which was impressive . I am so grateful for their help and actually fixing the issue. I would highly recommend them the customer service was excellent and I am not afraid to drive my car anymore because they actually fixed the issue I had. I will for sure go back.

It’s always overwhelming for me to deal with car repairs and maintenance, but they made the whole process much easier. They took the time to walk me through the issue with my car and gave me a fair quote. Unlike some past experiences where I felt taken advantage of because of my lack of car knowledge, they were honest, and transparent. Most importantly, they got the job done right.
