Tires Plus

I wanted to thank the team at the Brandywine Peoria Tires Plus location especially Bella the manager assistant manager she was nothing but professional, to the point I seen her interacting with other customers where she was helpful and trying to give everyone a fair deal. I spoke with her the day before because she knew that this was stressful and I took a break got it fixed got it towed they got me out the door and I even seen her find a customer's phone and run out and give it to the customer now that is a good manager and good employee you got someone that you should promote there also the rest of the staff was nothing but kind. I'm also making a joke I had to use my ebike LOL until I could get that tire fixed and that Indian represents me and all of us let's get along Peoria it's not that bad here is it? On a day that didn’t start out right with an unfortunate flat tire’s plus made it easy to fix. They were so quick to fit me in, and made it easy to get back on the road! Thanks again for changing my tire and my crummy day!

Tech Ben and Bella were excellent to work with today. They were professional in handling my concerns with my brakes. The shop was down a couple techs and they did everything they could to take care of my service in a timely fashion. Ben and Bella gave excellent customer service to me today. Ben was great helping me and my family get back on the road. He and Peoria Ties Plus are the best! I have brought my cars and van here over the years but this time I was in a bind.
