If I could give 0 stars, I would. My appointment was at 12pm. I got there 30 minutes early. I had two of my kids with me (ages 10 &12). I asked how long an alignment takes and the guy at the desk was very rude and made a comment about me being early. I then asked again how long an alignment takes and he said an hour and 15 minutes. So my kids and I waited and waited. After an hour and 40 minutes 0ast my appointment time, the same guy waves me up. He tells me, very loudly and with attitude (he sneered at me) that there were parts that needed replaced on the back and that they couldn't do an alignment. I automatically got upset and asked him why it took them so long just to tell me that they wont do it. He was rude back and kind of laughed at me, saying there was no charge (well ya, they didnt do anything)! My kids and I left. I am still upset. But I made an appointment at Goodyear and I know they will take better care of me and my car. Will never go back to this place.

Great honest caring place to get tires or repairs done. Daughter had bent wheel and flat tire at Bradley University. Peoria Tire came right away and removed the wheel and put the spare on. Then back at the shop fixed the wheel and added new tire and we were set to go. Everyone was very nice. And concerned for me to get this fixed. Their price was very fair. Only place we are going to use when in Peoria. They truly care about you!

Amazing customer service from Michael and my tire tech! I had a flat on I 74 en route to California in my camper van. I called first thing in the morning, and they sent out a truck promptly and changed my tire, getting me back on the road!! An Amazing service Experience, honest business practices, I cannot recommend Moore don’t go anywhere else!!!!

My dealership messed up my alignment, I made an appointment at peoria tire and their alignment tech is amazing!! Very professional and took the time to explain everything. I have always gone here for my tires but now I will go here for front end work as well.
