My experience at Uptown Auto was fantastic! Inoticed a considerable rattling in the driver side door, but only when the window was down. I was worried that the window could shatter, so it was critical to get the issue fixed right away. Norm was extremely responsive, very approachable, and booked the appointment quickly. He was sincere about the labor required and time it would take. The whole process took only a few hours, at a very reasonable price. I plan to use Uptown Auto for all future automotive repair work, and highly recommend them.

Gemini told me this place was good with Toyotas. I was able to get an appointment for first thing the next morning . The owner greeted me in the office and went out with me to have a listen to the weird sound my 120k mile Sienna was making when I turned the steering wheel. He knew immediately what the problem was just by listening. We went back in and he gave me a price quote for new struts. The work was done by 3pm and it actually came in under budget because I had recently replaced some involved components. All in all a great experience.

I've been taking my 2005 Cadillac to these guys for years. Without fail, they get it right the first time. Moreover they don't just do random maintenance on your car. They take a thorough look, and if something needs to be fixed, they'll let you know. If not, they'll let you know. And the best part, they don't price gouge. Some of the best pricing I've seen in greater Chicago. This is probably why they're stacked with cars day in and day out.

A clamp on my exhaust system fell off and Uptown was able to fix it the same day as well as replace my wiper blades. I’ve been going to Uptown for about 10 years. They do a great job with all repairs and general services like oil changes and tire rotation. I find their prices to be appropriate and they communicate before any additional work that might need to be done. Best auto shop in the Park Ridge area.
