I had a great experience at this Pep Boys location. The team was genuinely friendly, professional, and efficient. They got my tires replaced quickly and without any hassle. I even enjoyed chatting with them while they worked, which made the whole visit feel personal and low stress. Yes, it’s about $10–20 more than Discount Tire, but the time you save and the quality of service make it well worth it. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this location.

I was there few days ago with a tire issue.. Even in last minute they got me in. Tim and his employee helped me really quickly. It was getting dark and I had a long way to drive back. I’ve been here a couple of times now and have always been treated well with fair pricing. This visit was for mounting and balancing tires I already had. I was in and out quickly and saved about $80 compared to other shops I called nearby. The first time I came in was just for a tire rotation. They quoted me a fair price, but when the job was done they told me it was on the house and said to come back when I needed something else. That’s honestly why I came back.

I had a 120-point pre-purchase inspection done at this Pep Boys before buying a used truck. I was told by the technician, Jude Patri, that the vehicle was “in good shape” and “a good truck,” so I relied on that and moved forward with the purchase. After buying the truck, I took it to another shop and was told the frame has significant rust, to the point they were hesitant to even put it on a lift due to potential structural concerns. When I went back to Pep Boys, a front desk employee, Hailey, told me that their inspection does not include the frame or structural condition. That makes no sense considering the inspection is advertised as a comprehensive 120-point check including exterior components. So just to be clear — a major structural component of the vehicle isn’t even part of a pre-purchase inspection? I also attempted to contact corporate and had a very difficult time getting any clear answers or speaking with someone who could actually address the issue. Due to them outsourcing their call center overseas. Bottom line: I relied on this inspection before making a purchase, and it failed to identify a potentially serious issue. I would not trust this inspection when making a buying decision. Do not take your car to Pep Boys and save yourself the headache and the money. Here’s an update after speaking to the manager “Chuck” I paid for a 120-point pre-purchase inspection at this Pep Boys location before buying a used truck. The printed report they gave me and reviewed with me in person showed no issues with the suspension or any structural concerns, and I was told it was a “good truck.” Based on that, I moved forward with the purchase. After buying it, another shop identified serious frame rust concerns to the point they were hesitant to even put it on a lift. When I went back to Pep Boys, they claimed this was noted in a separate “complimentary vehicle inspection” that was only sent via text link. That report was never printed, never reviewed with me, and was not presented as containing any additional or more important findings. Meanwhile, they had no problem printing and reviewing other “complimentary” inspections like the brake report inspection. To make matters worse, the link they sent is now inactive, so I can’t even access what they’re claiming was documented. So let me get this straight — I pay for a “comprehensive” inspection, get handed a clean report in person, and later I’m told the real issue was buried in a separate, unreviewed “complimentary” report that I was supposed to somehow know to rely on? That’s not a comprehensive inspection—that’s misleading. If something as serious as potential frame issues was identified, it should have been clearly documented and explained in the report provided to the customer at the time of service. I would not trust this inspection for any purchase decision.

Chuck took care of me and he did a great job. I came in to get a tire replaced ended up getting four new tires at a price I couldn’t turn down. I was driving down North west highway and I saw the shop and something told me to check it out and I’m so glad I did. It was one of the best choices I could’ve made not only did I get new tires but the best service I ve ever experienced Chuck and all the men and women that work with him were outstanding. I would and do recommend Chuck and his crew to anyone that needs service. Thank you all for giving me such great experience
