M&V Autobody Inc did an fantastic job on my wifes Kia Sorento. The repair was so good, you literally can not tell there was any work done...from removing the dent to perfect color matching, we could not be more pleased. A very friendly shop - Tom and Ken were so pleasent to deal with. Throw in a friendly shop dog and cat and you touch all the bases. Thanks again M&V Autobody.
View on GoogleI personally talked to Tom several times. he went out of his way to help with insurance claim, performed the repair in very efficient manner and finished work a lot sooner than expected with excellent quality. A set of pets in the office was a blessing during this time. Thankful Lana
View on GoogleMy experience at this shop, owned by Tom, following an auto accident that wasn't my fault, has been nothing short of a nightmare. Tom proved to be a complete fraud, as he didn't properly fix my car after I paid him $5000 in cash. What's worse, he didn't even bother to inspect the car's condition, leaving me with no warranty for his work. Shame on you, Tom! It became evident that Tom was only interested in taking my money without considering my safety. After test driving my car from the shop, I noticed intense vibrations, making it extremely unsafe to drive on the street. Additionally, Tom failed to reattach my battery strap, claiming it was unnecessary to do so, which raised serious concerns about his competence and attention to detail. On top of that, I discovered that my fender bolts were all loose, further highlighting the shop's lack of care and professionalism. This shop's priorities are completely misplaced, as they prioritize money over their customers' needs and safety. It's clear that their focus is not on providing quality service but rather on emptying customers' pockets. Moreover, Tom's claim of recharging my AC and fixing any leaks turned out to be false, as the AC stopped working shortly after I drove the car back home. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this shop. They lack honesty and integrity, making it a highly unreliable and sketchy place to do business with. My unfortunate experience serves as a warning to others - avoid this shop at all costs!
