Called at 12:30. Asked if I brought my car in now if they could be done by 3:00. They said yes. I dropped it off…. They agreed it would be compete by 3:00. I arrived promptly at 3:00. At 3:45 told me 35 more minutes. How…?? Why did I rush back from work …?? Don’t lie. You Lost my business. For good. No respect for people’s time. Also 3 of the last 3 times I’ve been here you tell me I have a nail in my tire. Then proceed to ask if I drive in construction. No …. In your shop. That’s where the nails on the ground are!!!!

I don't think anybody likes to drive into a facility not know exactly what is going on with a very important part of their family .... Their car! This was the case and as I used to do the brakes and other maintenance prior to health reasons I went into CAR X and was not shocked with their findings. The guys there are genuine, honest and very fair. I am used to doing most things myself so paying to have them done for me takes a bit of getting used to but you get exceptional warranties should you happen to need it. This was for me a very positive experience!

Made the appointment for 1 pm , drop off the car at 12:45 , they started it at 1:30. I’ve been coming here for a long time with all four of my cars for oil changes, but this time was really disappointing. They didn’t remove the old service sticker or the paper floor mat. I requested a tire rotation, but it doesn’t look like it was done. The service quality has definitely gone down, and unfortunately, I won’t be coming back.
