The best the best … one more time . The best! Experience. I used to run around finding a low price but not getting quality and reliable parts or service. The palatine location front desk employees always treat me with respect . Today Justin looked at some photos from another shop that could not put tires on my rims. Justin kept me at location and got all the work done with no issue no worries and all confidence. Everyone here gone the extra mile for me but today they open schedule for me they took in two cars . One car oil change Chevy equinox. One car oil change , replace stud, pit new tires on new rims. With in a few hours I’m out . Thank you always Belle crew . I will be back … 👏🏼🥳 One photo posted of my new wheels . Unfortunately to cold out yo wash car . Wheels look great . 👍🏻

overall they do a decent job with tires. But don’t have them replace anything else, I had them replace my serpentine belt and it started squeaking badly after about a day. I asked several times if I could come in and they wouldn’t take me. I told them today that it’s starting to squeak extremely bad and it’s getting worse and worse and they want me to wait about 4 hours to get it done. They also broke my dipstick in the process of replacing my belt. I mean seriously? Also they are very overpriced.

Ordered tires online two days before. Set up the appointment online. Everything went smooth for the appointment. Took a little over an hour. The service advisor was nice and didn't try to up sell me at all. Will be back and recommend them to others. Very professional and had a great waiting room.
