I called Steven Farmandi to schedule an oil change appointment and also for overall check up before my warranty expired. He was able to find my ball joints worn out so he replaced them for me and also pointed out my rear brake pads were worn so i got them replaced. This is my second time dealing with major maintenance with Steve and he always goes above and beyond to take care of me. (Last time was for car accident.) He is courteous, informative, and a go getter. I’ve known him many years and I always ask for him. He is by far the best service manager i’ve ever dealt with. I trust him 100% and I will always go to him for advice. I strongly recommend him to anyone. Thank you Steve for your excellent customer service and hope to deal with you again in the future.

I've been going to this dealership for years for service/maintenance and I always find the people to be very nice and reasonable. Yes it is a dealership so you will pay higher prices for genuine parts and repairs, but I do feel like they are honest and straightforward when it comes down to whether a service is needed now or can wait until the next appointment (or maybe not needed at all). I appreciate this very much as a mother of two who needs a safe, reliable vehicle but also needs to manage costs. Dealership is clean with nice amenities and I always appreciate being able to get a loaner vehicle for service that needs more time.
