We had a fantastic experience working with Dan. Buying a car can be stressful, but he made it feel seamless. He was patient, answered all our questions, and truly cared about getting my sister the best deal possible. I dropped off my vehicle after receiving multiple notices in the mail stating there had been numerous recalls. I dropped off my vehicle in working order with a few small issues; otherwise it ran fine. That was February 18th, 2026 at 8am. I informed Kia that this was my vehicle I use for work. I inquired on how long the services would take. They quoted me 1 day. Over the coarse of the next 2 weeks I repeatedly called to find out updates on my vehicle. The response I received was that they were "waiting on tech support." Finally March 6th I requested my vehicle back. I had been out of work for 2 weeks at that point with no updates. Upon picking up my vehicle from Kia; My car was dead. It needed a jumpstart. The service tech that performed the jumpstart managed to reverse polarize my car battery by turning on the jumper pack prior to connecting the car. He shocked himself... I asked if he was ok. Once stepping into my vehicle, I noticed my radio was blank and did not work. Once I started driving, my check engine light came on. It was not on when I dropped off the vehicle. I broke down on the side of I57 trying to make it home. When I called kia, they said they could not help me. Now my car is completely immobile and unusable. It ran fine when I dropped it off originally; kia is avoiding responsibility. I no longer have a work vehicle.

Stopped on way to work to get routine maintenance done. They were very busy and advisor Kyle asked for a couple minutes and he'd be right with me. Got me checked in and asked if I would wait or if I needed a shuttle to work which was awesome. Service was done in a timely manner and my car was cleaned and ready to pick up. Seriously they were very busy and Kyle handled everything very professionally. Probably my best service experience in 50 years of new car ownership. Thank you

I've been patient but the service department is unreliable.. Thursday is express but not enough mechanics to service. Next appt Aug 20. Unbelievable..I purchase the car but service is a game of patience.
