I was overlly impressed with the customer service and the patience this team displayed. I came in very upset and frustrated about the current state of my recently purchased vehicle. The technician and my Rep James were amazing! Thanks again for their understanding and patience they had with me, on a bad weather day in Illinois!

Went to the dealership for a car wash and realized I had an oil change scheduled later in the week. They were able to take me earlier and do the oil change and truck wash. I was out of there in one hour.

They had my truck for over a month trying to figure out what was wrong with it. After initially saying that it would be $199 to diagnose the problem, they called me a week later saying that it would be another additional $700 worth of “discovery” to pinpoint the problem. Communication with the service providers was awful as well. Jim and Anibel obviously don’t communicate as I got conflicting messages from both of them. Notes regarding the status of the vehicle was never updated. One would tell me that the parts were ordered, while the other one was saying that they were waiting for the warranty company to call back to approve the work. Absolute worst experience I’ve ever experienced from any dealership in my 50 years of life. Avoid this place at all cost! You’ve been warned.

Dear Service Manager, I visited your dealership on Saturday for an oil change, antifreeze flush, battery check, and the comprehensive vehicle inspection included with the service. My receipt states the inspection was completed, but I was never given the detailed report you normally provide. That tells me it wasn’t done. My tires were low at twenty-six to twenty-seven PSI when I arrived. I specifically asked the advisor to add air right then, along with everything else. When I got back in, nothing had changed. No air was added. I paid seven hundred fifty dollars and was rushed out like my time didn’t matter. The only decent moment was a short, polite talk with the older gentleman who walked me to my car afterward. I’m disappointed. Please look into this and tell me what happened.

I brought in my car due to it failing as I was driving. When I arrived to the dealership I was told no one knows how long my car will be in their possession as well as there are no loaners to give. When I stated what am I supposed to do as this issue came out of the blue and I need a vehicle to work, I was told to rent a car….I did not want to wait the quoted few hours it would take to get to my car to diagnose so I decided to go home. I dropped my vehicle off at 9:50am and called at 2p for an update. No answer so I left a voicemail. When I received a call back about an hour and a half later I was told if I agreed to the repair (which was simply a battery replacement) that my car will be ready same day and they could get to it right then. I waited another 2 hours and got concerned due to it being evening at this point. When I called no one answered, and I had to lookup the dealership number to get in touch with Sales to get in touch with Service. To then they told me my car was ready…again, I had to call them to get the update instead of someone letting me know. You would think the team knows I picked up my car last night as I received an email back finally from my service advisor and a phone call letting me know my car was ready for pickup. Now my car is flashing a tire light when nothing is wrong with my tires and at this point I don’t trust them to have my car because I would be stranded or stuck at the dealership for hours due to their lack of urgency. Extremely disappointing since I bought my car from here and it’s only been a year and a half since my purchase.
