I strongly discourage this establishment!! I changed the oil at this establishment several times and everything was fine. I've always left a good tip for the guys, but my last visit was very unsuccessful... The employee offered to refuel the air conditioner, I agreed. When the employee refueled the air conditioner, he did not follow what he was doing, but looked at his phone. And I damaged the antifreeze tube, it began to leak. They just rewound the phone with duct tape and said they would call me in two days. No one called

Spilled every fluid all over my new vehicle and laughed about “a little coolant spillage”. No worries it happens, but then didnt even whip it up. Get home and theres dripping on my driveway. Didnt wipe down under the vehicle or brake clean anything from filter replacement. $150 and took me 30 minutes at home to clean up after them. Had another vehicle to bring to them; needless to say that lost that sale and future from me.

Alec went above and beyond to provide amazing service today. I got an oil change and new inside filter. By far this is my favorite location of all Take 5 stores. They offered me cold water, they took their time to check all of my fluids and tire pressure. I feel safe getting back on the road. It was also a great team that worked together.

It gave me what I considered a fair price for what I was selling. She even gave me some of my material back because she wanted to have it looked at because it may be worth more than what she could determine because of the mint. I definitely need a free customer.
