Not off to a good start. Office hours reflect that the service department is open (0930 on a Wednesday morning), but there is no one to answer the phone after multiple attempts to multiple departments. Customer service trumps all…and sadly this is a poor first impression, especially for a first time customer that is looking to establish a working relationship with a Mazda service department as a relatively new resident to the area. If Napleton Mazda cares to respond, I’m seeking a replacement alternator for a 1st gen CX-5.
