I had to get a tow here cause my tire was completely flat and on the rim. The service was cheaper than the other tire shops. Also friendly and welcoming service…. I appreciated the candy too.

I could not find anyone to help me. My tire lugs on my bmw were stripped unable to remove. I went to over ten places in the area, everyone turned me away. God brought me here and Abed the Employee helped me and got the job done…. I appreciate everything. Best service and understanding.

I Purchased 2 used tires, I’m not sure if they balanced them the car shakes more now with the tires I purchased from them. $220 for 2 used tires seemed kinda high but the convenience is why I purchased, I should’ve just bought new for a little more. I gave 1 star for convenience 0 for results. I Don’t recommend… UPDATE…. I go back to get tires rebalanced and find out tire balance isn’t part of the price, so you take offf balanced tires to purchase tires not balanced, (probably should disclose this since most customers will want their tires balanced) $220 for used unbalanced tires is a ripoff, I tell the guy who’s trying to charge for balancing that I’ll keep the tires I purchased just balance and to my surprise 2 different tires with half the tread were installed. I would of never purchased these used tires for that money with this tread on them..I couldn’t talk to the guy any longer, I think he only hears what he wants to hear if it benefits the shop. I told him 3 times keep better old tires and just balance them. Complete waste of time and money….if I could give 0 stars I would….UPDATE… I didn’t get my original tires I purchased back(I was told they were still at shop and to come up to shop) but they did install better ones than the 2nd set, (not as good as the original) now my TMPS sensor light is in now on a tire they replaced, I’m not going back, I’ve been there 3 times in 2 weeks. I’m giving 3 stars because they did try and make it right. There still is a disconnect between what they hear and what happens. With all this said I wouldn’t have purchased these 2 tires for $220… the original ones yes these no. The owner tried to make this situation better.
