Oak Lawn had a convenient location, right on 95th. The dealership looked clean inside. The waiting area looked clean and well-organized. It looked like they had a lot of people working there. The staff appeared particularly attentive. I worked with a guy who called himself Frank Nash. He seemed to have a pleasant demeanor.

View on GoogleTook my RAV4 for an oil change and tire rotation for a drop off well before appointment time! Received a call about an hour later stating it was complete. Then I was able to drop off my Tacoma same day for oil change rather than wait till tomorrow! Now that was great
View on GoogleThe website had a glitch, making it difficult to schedule an appointment online, so I called to book one and specifically requested a shuttle service. They confirmed that the service was available. However, when I arrived, I was informed that no shuttle was available. A notification about the unavailability would have allowed me to plan accordingly. I've used other Toyota services where they offered Uber as a shuttle alternative. It's frustrating that they could have easily arranged this but instead left customers disappointed.
