Our experience with this GMC dealership was terrible. It took them 3 weeks to return our truck. For nearly a week, they didn’t even check it. Then, they falsely claimed we said it was the starter. On that same day, they had actually called us with a quote, saying they were about to start work. After persistent daily follow-ups, they finally checked the transmission, which took another two weeks. We were left without a vehicle for three weeks, as they refused a loaner until the warranty “responded.” My husband lost work—this was his work truck (a Sierra). This is unacceptable. I am seeking legal assistance due to this situation. Beware—this dealer has no respect for their customers.

I’d give two and a half if I could. The staff are courteous. It, however, took 3 hours for an oil change. I made an appointment a week prior and arrived early…and still 3 HOURS for nothing more than a simple oil change. We just don’t have that kind of time to spend on what should be a routine errand.

Very disappointed with the service. I came in for a check engine light and transmission system alert, (my car is brand new and shouldn’t have issues) and my concerns were dismissed without a proper explanation or diagnosis. I was told to just go back to my selling dealership since they had “promised me the world,” which felt very unprofessional. I also asked about shuttle service and was told it wasn’t offered, yet another dealership immediately provided it and properly diagnosed my vehicle. Poor customer service and very disappointing experience.

Service is good, I have no complaints about actual service. I get oil changes because they are covered under my warranty. I don't know if it priced reasonably or not. But while you wait in the lobby the clerks at the desk play video games. Unprofessional.

Service on 11/18/25 for oil change and tire rotation. They did not reset oil life. I had to do and was not easy to find on info system. Also, Onstar app not working that day so was not able to use points I had acquired. Was the oil changed? Sloppy omission I hope. This should not happen.
