I had an excellent experience at Meineke today. The manager went above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service. They were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain everything regarding my vehicle. I truly appreciated their honesty and attention to detail. It’s not often you come across this level of care. I highly recommend this location!
View on GoogleVery polite, took time to show me the condition of my existing muffler, and provided a quote quickly, but the price was sky high. They also recommended additional services that made sense. However, their quote was double the cost I ended up paying at another reputable shop.
View on GoogleMost terrible service I’ve every received they really didn’t care about my car because after telling me it would take 2 days and it took 2 weeks they gave me my car back with broken steering power creating a dangerous situation for myself and my boyfriend while leaving their place of business I do not recommend going there. Owner doesn’t care about anything but protecting his business and not the quality of work they do. Deandre and David are complete jokes working in there and the whole business needs to be checked out they’re gonna kill someone one day with the terrible work they do (the picture is my wheel going straight forward)
View on GoogleThe customer service and mechanics at Meineke are horrible. Went in to have my air conditioner fixed in my truck. They recharged it and replaced my belt. Two weeks later my air conditioning went out again. Recharged two more times. Then they checked and told me my condenser was out. Had that replaced and my truck is still without air conditioning. Now they said that I have a small leak but they couldn’t show me where exactly it was at. I went to a different Meineke location and the same horrible service was there too. Please do not have your vehicle serviced here. Total waste of time and money.
View on GoogleI’ve been going to Meineke for a few years with different automobiles… this is the first time where I feel like I’m being HUSTLED! No one communicated with me on the progress or what’s being done to my truck. I had to call before they closed for the day and was informed that they would be keeping it until the next morning. Next morning, I make contact and then now I’m given the run around AGAIN! Poor costumer service and no longer for the customers interest!! If I could give 0.5 stars I would!
