The guys here are great, knowledge and keep you up to date on the progress of your repair far better than any insurance company. Through fast yet very very precise to make sure once you leave you won't have a reason to come back. This is sadly my second time having to take a Jeep of mine here and it's been as good as new each time.
View on GoogleI have been coming here for the last 3 years and never experience the service I received from the New Manager Patrick and his staff and the notes that was put on my vehicle never service this vehicle was very rude a not customer service friendly the mechanic messed my lights up when he was supposed to only do a heat core. they busted my oil panel when performing a oil change. my engine coolant was leaking when they changed the heat core. had all types of tools in my vehicle when i picked it up had oil on my seats. When Mancari's was the original owners the staff was friendly and knew me and my husband personally. I brought the truck from there and for you to say you will not service it again that you messed up I spent over 5000.00 getting this vehicle fixed. to receive the Service I received this has been reported to cooperate office and the BBB. Patrick was rude and very unfriendly I now see why they have a high turnover rate with employees who left because of the service they have been providing I over heard one lady say she came for a oil change when she left 2 hours later her vehicle stop and had to get it towed back there and this was a brand new vehicle off the floor. I presented them with a bill for my lights and all I received was bad customer service I am still awaiting a response. Kathy the New Manager was very friendly and helpful.
View on GoogleI had my hood repaired was told to wait 30 days before washing my hood It was just about 30 days I saw that the very spot they repaired was damaged, bad paint job. I informed them immediately they said they cannot do anything that a Rock must on hit it. Just about 30 days after repair and they will not fix my hood. I do not recommend anyone to trust there work the paint job was not done right for it would of not crack and bubble up poor customer service for sure !!!!!!!! I work in sales I would never treat anyone like the way they treated me very cold, unfriendly, uncaring, we cannot fix it that was there solution who would want that kinda service beware!!!!!!!

View on GoogleNever bring any of your cars here. Brought my car in to have insurance work done to it. Before I drove in the car drove fine but the same street when I picked it up 8 days later its making my car make a loud clunking noise when it didn't before. I also found paperwork and a receipt in someone's name that isn't my own inside of my car. Then the manager proceeded to call the the insurance company in front of me and LIED to them and said that I claimed some one took my car off the lot for a joy ride when those words never came out of my mouth.
