Had a great experience with J he’s honest and him and his team are good on what they do it was hard looking for a good diesel mechanic until I came across his shop he helped me with my emissions issues while other shops blew me off or were trying to rip me off J’s garage is the shop to go he had my truck ready in less than two days !

I had taken my diesel pickup to the dealership, and they told me the coolant valve needed to be replaced—something they claimed wasn’t covered under my warranty. They quoted me over $3,000 for the repair. I brought the truck to J’s, and although the owner initially said he didn’t have time to look at it that day, he made the effort to check it out after I explained I’d be going on vacation and was hoping to leave it for repairs while I was away. That alone was much appreciated. Later, he called to confirm that the issue was indeed the coolant valve—something I hadn’t even mentioned to him. But here’s what really stood out: instead of just doing the work and charging me, he went the extra mile and contacted the dealership himself to double-check the warranty. Turns out, the repair was still covered. He could have easily done the job and taken the money, but he chose to be honest—and saved me thousands. This is hands down an honest and trustworthy shop. I’ll definitely be coming back to J’s for any future auto repairs.
