Paid to have plugs replaced! Took car to BMW for other issues and they informed me plugs never been touched. He also tried to get me to rebuild top part of engine ($3500) because of white smoke,again BMW said i only needed to replace orange PCV ( valve) which has a rubber seal connected that cracks and allow oil to leak. Only $60 bucks on Amazon. If you have white smoke coming out pipes on 7 series you can solution yourself probably. I suggest you video before and after when giving him your car. I suggest you have a second car because him saying 2 days means 2 weeks.

SCAM, be careful with this guy. Took my car never called my warranty nor worked on my car. My car was with him for more than 8 weeks with no repairs. BE CAREFUL THIS SHOP is a SCAM!

This place is unreliable. They have had my truck 3 months for a water pump repair, paid for and will not answer the phone or call back. I go to the place they tell me my truck will be ready in two days, I call back in two days no answer, no call back. It's been 2 weeks since I was told it'll be ready in 2 days. Do not take your car to this place! They are liars, scammers and not reliable.

PLEASE READ!!!!SAVE YOUR TIME AND PIECE OF MIND! I had been a customer of Ghosein's for almost 20 years. Over that time the service was fast and pricing was fair. He was good guy and honest guy. However, my most recent experience is something I have never experienced in my life. Ahmed recently had my car for over 1 year. Once I finally got it back after 20 trips to his shop from Bridgeport, over 50 calls and numerous text messages-- I finally got my car just the engines lights were now on. It would not pass inspection time and time again. He finally had it sent to BMW to redo the engine work he had done. Then it was more of an issue for him pay the BMW invoice. My car was at BMW for another month. He constantly gave and continues to give excuses of why cars not being repaired. I personally have heard these conversations and complaints from other customers the many times I was there. I also personally know 3 other individuals that was having issues with their mechanic-- when we started asking each other questions-- where is the shop, what's the name of the shop, the name of the Owner--- it was all Ghosein's auto repair. He should be honest and say what he can and cannot do. Please read other similar reviews. I would not take any of my cars or anyone I know if my life depended on it. You have been warned!!!!!!

I had the worst experience, Ahmed never replaced my engine and lied and stated that he did. When I demanded proof of the replaced engine he couldn’t produce it and after 8 months of lying about the condition of my car, I finally was able to get my money and car back from him so that I could get it properly serviced by another mechanic. No customer should ever endure anything like this!
