View on GoogleI left a negative review before based upon a couple of valid reasons and then I felt bad, so I removed the review. Unfortunately, I need to let consumers know how this establishment fell short and continues to. When I had extensive work done to my Mini Cooper (I provided all of the parts), this shop broke a screw off in the frame of the front-end of my car and just left it. My husband discovered it when he removed the bumper to do an additional upgrade a couple of days after picking up the car from Eagle Engine. Although Sam (the owner) offered to rectify the situation, it would have been more hassle to drop the car off for an entire day so my husband just drilled it out and replaced it. I realize people make mistakes, but this was not the only issue. Aside from this, I had asked Sam to provide me with a receipt listing all of the parts that were replaced for my records. He promised me no less than 5 times. This was two years ago. Recently, I asked him again for the receipt and even gave him the list of parts he replaced. I have been asking him for at least two months in which he promised me on numerous occasions that he would email me the receipt. Although this shop did install the parts, they certainly fall short of promises and also break screws off and just leave them.
View on GoogleI’ve got a 2013 Alpina B7 with 160k miles on it. I knew my valve seals were going bad and was gonna be getting them fixed but driving home one day my engine decided it had enough and locked up. After searching, and searching for I used motor none were comparable. I called Sam and the same day my car was towed to him. My car is back on the road running like a champ. Sam rebuilt the motor and was way cheaper than getting a used motor. Recommend calling Sam for all your major engine repairs.
