Came for a bolt lodged into my tire. Initially thought I’d get my spare put on and back on the road. Instead they fixed my actual tire. Very gracious of them to do so. I believe I heard the gentlemen working the desk by the name of PJ. Thank you PJ and the thank your technician as wel. I appreciate y’all!

He took the time to thoroughly explain to me everything that needed to repaired and how to go about resolving it. I always come here if I ever need any repairs or new tires. They just fixed my car and I feel so relieved now knowing it’s safe to drive around again. I’m so glad I went and they replaced my battery in a pinch. Thank you Clinton!

I chose this CarX location and I'm glad I did. Clinton and his team is very knowledgeable and he immediately set clear expectations. Clinton would rather under promise and over deliver, than over promise and under deliver. I really appreciated his style of customers service and his ability to set clear expectations.

View on GoogleI had an appointment at 9:30 am came early and was told it might take up to 2 hours, it was until 12:07pm that the job was finished, almost 3hours and did not gave an explanation as to why it took so long to change the tires. Also, I asked initially to save 2 of the tires and at the end they weren't in the vehicle, Clinton does not seem to like his job, he is not the friendliest fellow
