Alexis went above and beyond for me. I went to the wrong location for my appointment but Alexis worked so hard to get my vehicle in and send me home with a loaner. I was also a few days out of the 3 month warranty but he made sure I would not be charged. Thank you so much Alexis! Someone get Alexis a raise!

Jose? have the worst customer service skills. When my sons come in they have a better attitude. It doesn't matter whether you're male or female, black or white, young or old. Courtesy and good customer service applies to anyone.
