I bought a used engine from Vader Engines and had the PLEASURE of speaking and completing my transaction with Tracy Wilson. She was GREAT ! The engine was installed, started right up on the 1st try, ran perfect, and had no leaks. That was back in Sept 2026. Still, then engine is running perfectly, strong, and no leaks. Vendor engines, I ordered the engine, first, it started out great, my installer question the rust that was on the engine, but since vendor engine guaranteed me with a six year warranty parts and labor I had nothing to worry About. Beware the first weekend I had with my car I drove it didn’t drive it hard and I had a lot of problems with it. The engine end up clunking out and had to have it towed to my house and within that we had it towed back to the shop it’s been 2 1/2 months, & the holidays were coming, and there was no one to talk to, I called numerous times & no one could help me, someone from vendor engines will call me and say that the people I need to talk to are out for vacation so meanwhile, my engine and my car broken down been still in the shop for 2 1/2 months sitting, then they come back from vacation or have someone without getting a hold of me order another engine and just sent it out, without giving me any information about the engine that they are sending me on top of that they wanted the other engine, returned by the next day, which was impossible. They said I have within seven days to return the other engine that way everything would be in warranty if not, it voids a warranty. We wanted to try to fix the engine to see what was wrong with it. They send me the cheapest parts available that you can get on Amazon, which my professional installers didn’t want to use, they end up using my own parts that I had that were OEM. They didn’t wanna risk something else breaking. They’ve been giving me the run around. I spent over $6500 just on the engine itself and 3000 on the installation. The engine end up being bad and they don’t even wanna help with the insulation plus I’m another $600 in the whole for installing new spark and fuel injectors plus diagnostic to see what was wrong with the engine. I would like them to cover the parts and labor, like the warranty says parts and labor because of their engine other things are now failing which weren’t bad before. I just like to get my car running soon again.

Order motor for my ford f150 from vander engines. Service was great engine was in good shape and delivered on time and very professional. Hopefully my warranty coverage holds up than all went well. Overall good experience. Also my phone consult was very helpful Mrs Tracy. Always keeping me updated on my motor...thanks.
