Hello guys thank you for taking time out to read my review for you this time I want to speak about my experience at tornado mufflers and brakes huge shout out to Oscar and his team for delivering world class customer service now mind you everyone experiences different but for me I had an incredible experience and I would like to share with anyone who's reading this so the negative was that I had to bring my truck in it was not drivable I need a new brakes and rotors so I had to call my insurance company and request a tow so as I rolled in a tow truck with the two gentleman to the auto shop I was just thinking how soon I will be attended to because I still was working I'm a realtor by the way so you know how that goes my clients expect nothing but me to continue delivering world class customer service which I am not for so anyway I made sure I contacted Oscar to let him know I was going to be on my way and that I was riding with the gentleman that towed my vehicle over the phone he already quoted me a price which he mentioned would be the final price with parts and labor I was completely satisfied with that price. it’s important to meet customer expectations by providing good customer service. When they anticipate this treatment in the future, it has the potential to translate into their loyalty to your business. This might not mean a lot to everyone else but I noticed I spare displayed a lot of important characteristics when it comes to customer service he displayed empathy he displayed problem solving great communication skills and he had a great level of patience his attitude was positive and I didn't really wait that long for my truck to be ready so it'll response time was amazing I was in and out and able to focus on the rest of my work day so to the team at tornado mufflers and brakes thank you so much for delivering world class customer service. You guys also did great work on my wife's vehicle as well I will be back and I will definitely send other referrals either way

I would strongly advise anyone to stay away from this shop. A little over two years ago, I came in needing a catalytic converter in order to pass emissions. They charged me over $900 for the repair. Fast forward to now, my check engine light is back on, and after inspection, I discovered they had installed an empty catalytic converter… with no ceramic honeycomb inside. This makes me question whether it was ever meant as a “temporary fix,” but regardless, no reputable shop should ever pass off something like this as a proper repair. Not only is this dishonest, it’s dangerous and a complete waste of money. The front office guy, “Oscar,” tries to present himself as professional and courteous, but the work behind the scenes tells a very different story. The quality of their repairs is unacceptable, and I feel completely taken advantage of. And I’m sure the owner will comment on this review with another excuse, trying to argue why yet another unhappy customer is somehow wrong. That seems to be their pattern instead of simply standing behind their work. If you value your car, your safety, and your wallet, avoid this place at all costs. RESPONSE TO THE OWNERS COMMENT BELOW: If the converter had truly been new and legitimate, it should not have failed this way in just a little over two years…especially after paying over $900. A properly installed catalytic converter should last many years, not melt away or show up completely empty inside. And your shop is the only shop that’s ever changed it out for me. This isn’t about “arguing every negative review.” It’s about the fact that multiple customers are experiencing the same poor quality and lack of accountability. Your response proves exactly what I mentioned…instead of taking responsibility, you dismiss the issue and shift the blame back onto the customer. Future customers deserve to know what they’re paying for before they end up in the same situation.

Oscar was very nice and helped me install my cold air intake filter with ease when I walked right in. Quoted me for secondary cats removal and was speedy and great service will be back soon again and recommend anyone and everyone to stop by here excellent work guys!

I used this shop to do a cat back install on my mustang. They are overpriced, but I was impatient, and wanted it on. I went to pick up my vehicle, and when they gave me my stock exhaust back, they cut it up into pieces ! See photo. If I ever need to revert back to stock, I will have to re-purchase do not use this incompetent shop. They took the easy way out and overcharge. To the owners response… I usually do my own work on my cars but my tools didn’t make my move across the country. This exhaust did NOT need to be cut into pieces to remove. I’m on plenty of mustang forums and people removed their cat back in one piece. Second the owner says you can weld it back together. And pay extra for welds. Possible weld leaks and exhaust leaks. The owner is a liar and knows they botched this completely. STAY AWAY! I talked to 2 performance shops about this and they were blown alway by what they did

Thank for fixing my car . You guys brought it right in and fixed my nozzles for my washer fluid. I am forever grateful. I would recommend them as they have great customer service and they were very fast.
