Very friendly staff. Told them what was wrong with me car, fixed my car at a reasonable price and got it done same day no appointment. Car is now running smoothly. Overall great service and will be coming back soon.
View on GoogleAmazing experience! I went in for an evaluation of my tires after slipping and sliding in the winter weather. They were able to schedule me quickly and let me know I needed new tires (as I expected). The tires I needed were in stock and they were able to put them on right away. As someone who knows very little about cars and tires, Kerri was able to talk me through the process of the best tires for my car/needs and the cost. The whole experience was flawless with no anxiety.
View on GoogleGreat customer service!! I brought my vehicle in thinking I was going to need a very expensive fuel pump. They listened to my explanation of what was happening to my vehicle. Turns out to be something I wouldn’t expect, and the cost was a lot cheaper. They kept me informed. Fast work. I was also reminded of an oil change that I was due. That saved me time in having to go somewhere else to get that work done. Thank you, Kerry and the De Re Team!

View on GoogleMy daughter was having an issue with her brakes. She brought her car in to be checked out. They checked it out and really couldn’t find anything as described by my daughter. They test drove. The performed regular service on rear brakes. No additional charge for checking out brake system. They fit her in even without appointment. We have been going to DeRe for 30 years and go nowhere else for reliable service!
