We had a bump in our tire and needed it repaired. Nothing else was open but I called and Rich’s was. Pretty quick service, and it was $25. Cash only, but there was an ATM in the Shell. Thanks a ton for helping us get on our way!!

View on GoogleVery disappointed with this service. I arrived first, but was helped last – they clearly give priority to “their own” customers instead of serving people in the order they arrive. My tire had a small air leak (pressure was 28), and it took the worker about 40 minutes to patch it, while another car with the same issue, which came after me, was done in 10 minutes. This felt like discrimination and a total lack of respect for customers. What shocked me even more – a child, around 12 years old, was helping with my car, removing the wheel with a power tool. That looks like child labor, which is completely unacceptable. In the end, I paid $50 for terrible service and an unpleasant experience. Definitely do not recommend this place.
View on GoogleWe fell into a pothole on the highway at 8pm, we are so glad we found Richard's shop. Him and his family were very helpful and quick. We got our tire replace in 15min tops! Yes, cash only but there's an ATM next door with a $3 fee, no biggie!
