I blew out my right front tire on Memorial Day weekend. Called for roadside assistance through my insurance. Took the service man almost an hour to get to my vehicle and then he couldn't repair it because he didn't have the proper lug wrench. Car sat for two days until I found Waukegan Roadside Assistance online. Eric arrived within ten minutes of my phone call. He was polite, efficient, and knowledgeable. Changed my tire in 10 minutes and I was on my way. I would absolutely recommend him.

Just awhile ago, my car battery unexpectedly died while waiting for heavy rain to pass at 2am. Erik still got here quickly and was very helpful, patient, and nice! I don’t know much about cars and this is my first time needing a jump start so he also gave me very helpful advice regarding my car’s battery. Really appreciate that cuz I probably wouldn’t have known about it if he didn’t tell me. If I ever need any other roadside assistance, I’ll definitely go to him again and will refer him to others needing car assistance. Thanks again Erik, you saved my night!

Erik got to us pretty fast, less than 30 min. He brought a regular size spare tire for our Kia so we were able to go on about our day without having to worry about speed. It was late so that was very convenient because we were able to carry out errands and hold off on replacing the tire for a couple days if needed. He was very fast with replacing it too. It was cold and we were able to stay in the car. The price was reasonable for the quality of the spare and the fast, & convenient service!

I locked myself out of my van with the engine running. I contacted roadside assistance from my auto insurance company. After being strung along and waiting for over 4 hours with being told various ETAs from the towing company they contacted, I searched for close assistance and found this place. Spoke with Erik and he got to me in about 15 minutes. He was so quick with getting my car unlocked, very compassionate about my situation and just a really nice person. My van was literally running on fumes by the time it was unlocked since it had been idling for so long and Erik went above and beyond and made sure I got to a gas station safely. I’m so thankful for Erik in what was an incredibly frustrating afternoon. He’s definitely going to be my go-to guy for future vehicle troubles. Price is competitive, and I will be sending the bill to my auto insurance company for their folly of leaving me in the lurch.
