Came in for an oil change and ended up being PAMPERED 💅 I came in on 1/19 and the 2 gentlemen working were very nice and quick, I was greeted and offered water(so sweet they make sure you dont get dehydrated) They not only changed my oil and made sure I was satisfied with it, but did a full service! Im talking premium air in my tires, cleaned my window shield like he owned squeegee squad, topped off my wiper fluids. They even asked if I was using a discount before I paid. Top marks. They didnt push me to change any filters or upgrade my oil either. Will be coming back 😁

I don’t really write reviews, but Take 5 deserves one! Anytime I come, I never spend more than 20 minutes there. The most recent time, my three small kids were very clearly not in the mood to be there and sit in the car. The staff was super accommodating and even gave them each a freeze pop. It made getting car maintenance done extremely pleasurable, and better yet, it made my kids’ day. Additionally, the staff asked if I had their most recent coupon to take money off and when I said I didn’t, they had provided one for me reducing my final cost by $30. Highly recommend.

So much better than going to jiffy lube or other valvoline oil change. Take 5. The employee was so honest with me. He helped me understand what the best option was for me getting my oil change. After you get an oil change. U can go back anytime before the milage is up for them to add oil in the car. This employee didn't try selling me every product that jiffy lube says all customers have to get this done every 3,000 miles on your car. Jiffy Lube and other corporate companies are just trying to keep their sales and profit more expensive than it needs to be. Take 5 #1 oil change place I've ever went to. This Take 5 is located in New lenox, illinois.

The mobil 1 high milage with filter was decently priced but the service and friendly staff made it worth every cent. Got the right filter, changed the oil, and even topped off my washer fluid. Came in low on coolant and that was filled no charge. Once again staff was amazing , friendly and ill definitely be back!
