Went in for an oil change and tire rotation and left with my windshield tint being ripped. All would have been well if i was actually notified about the tear. They tore it taking a sticker off from an old oil change i had left on because i was afraid to rip my tint. what the real kicker is, after they ripped it taking off a sticker, they thought it was smart to throw another one on over the tear. I did not mention i have tints but with working on cars and doing tint work themselves i thought they would be able to tell the difference between a fully tinted out car vs a fish bowl without tints.

They are not only knowledgeable and thorough, they do something sooooo many shops dont. They treat you like a person, a friend. I highly recommend using them for any service you need done on your car. The staff are lind and caring while not speaking down to you if your not well versed on cars. I felt welcomed and relaxed using them.

I had a new tire purchased and pressed on my mag.Wheel Torque Thrust .. I purchased the tires and wheels from them in 2023 .They hammered a wheel weight on my wheel, damaging it.on 9-3-2025 . To this day 10-10-2025 they have not replaced my wheel . I've done a lot of business with them since the early 2000s but this looks like it may have been the last one. I gave them the opportunity to replace the wheel or give me 4 that match . They seem to just be blowing off a customer . So if you're taking your mag wheels in there, or you personal car ,I would look for damage on pickup and expect to never see compensation . This was on my 65 Mercury Cyclone. The color was different.The wheel was machine different, and they had my old wheel to verify.But look at the picture of what they gave me off color wrong machining . I used to work in automotive service.I would have never allowed this kind of mistake to happen . Update as of 12-14-25 no retribution has been made from scotts management
