This is my 4th time having John at ProMechanics repair my cars. One time for my son, 2 repairs for my daughter’s cars and now for our 2012 gmc terrain. All repairs have been completed successfully the first time. If you are looking for a trustworthy, experienced and professional shop, look no further. I highly recommend ProMechanics. I had to pull out terrain out of another shop due to lack of professionalism and knowledge of car repair and outrageously expensive estimate. I only brought terrain there due to convenience of location. If I could have, I would have brought it to ProMechanics the first time. With John, I received an accurate fair estimate the same day and after the first inspection. That’s how auto repair shops should do business. I explained a noise I had heard John sent me a video of my car showing me the noise and said, is this the noise you hear? Who does that nowadays? What a great guy, so honest! I’m almost afraid to tell everybody, we will never be able to get an appointment. I wasn’t surprised when I saw he has perfect reviews. John has earned everyone of them!

(2003 Honda CRV - No heat and oil leak issue) Honestly from the initial phone call to schedule my appointment, to a few short hours later after I dropped my car off, it was fixed! It's important to note that not all things can be identified and repaired that quickly. What was most impressive was that he kept his word, delivery time and repair cost. Albeit unforeseen things can happen, regardless I truly believe he is an honest and dependable person and a man of his word. I've used other mechanics in the surrounding New Lenox area for years that were "recommended". All I can say is that John was very understanding and moreover accommodating in getting my vehicle back on the road quickly! Glenn
