I was 3.5 hours from home for a weekend volleyball tournament in New Lennox when the electrical and power steering on my car started acting up. Of course, it was late on a Friday and the family and I needed to be back home Saturday night. After calling many shops in the area with no luck, I got ahold of Lydia at Pep Boys and she moved heaven and earth to not only get it in but to get a diagnosis and alternator replacement done in less than a day! Steve D., my mechanic, was a miracle worker and saved our weekend! I can’t tell you how happy I am to have stumbled across this shop and these people. Thanks for the great work!
