I can't speak to their work, but I had a bad experience speaking with them over the phone. I wanted to get some exhaust work done and the person I spoke with over the phone sounded drunk and had an attitude as if I was doing him a disservice by speaking to him. Through his slurred speech he claimed it was going to "cost a fortune" but refused to give a ballpark cost and immediately made some other bs excuses. Overall I got the idea he didn't want to do any work. When I politely continued the conversation to try to see how much this would cost and when I could bring my car in he replied, "naw i don't feel like doing that." Very strange because I was asking for a standard service but if he was drunk his behavior makes sense. Ultimately this was ok because I wouldn't want a drunk with a bad attitude working on my car anyway. I ended up taking it to a different place who readily and politely gave me an estimate and a time I could drop it off.
