I have nothing but good things to say about this place. The front staff was amazing and Brian the manager was very professional and helped us out. Amazing service is an understatement I would say outstanding

I would never recommend Crash Champions in a million years. Stay FAR away. They had my car for over three weeks for what should have been a straightforward repair. We went in for a quote, approved everything, and scheduled our drop-off appointment properly. We assumed that meant they were prepared and had space to actually work on it. A few days after dropping it off, we called for an update — only to find out they were overbooked and hadn’t properly started. We were told they might send it to another Crash Champions location to speed things up. That never happened. From there, it was constant delays and inconsistent information: We were told it would be done by Friday. Then Friday became Monday or Tuesday because they were “waiting on a part” — even though the day before we were told the car was already in paint. Tuesday became Wednesday due to “calibration.” Wednesday came and went with zero communication. Finally, at 2:00 PM on Thursday, they called to say it was ready — and they close at 5 PM. Both my fiancé and I were at work. There was no proactive communication and no reasonable notice. Now here’s the most concerning part. When we originally dropped the car off, we mentioned there might be a slow leak in one tire and asked them to take a look. They told us they would check it out. When they called saying the car was ready, they never mentioned anything about a flat tire. When we arrived to pick it up, we saw ourselves that the tire was completely flat. That is how we discovered it — not from them. We decided to leave the car there because clearly it needed to be addressed. When they had moved the vehicle, they drove it around front with a PSI of 6 in the tire. Six. That is dangerously low and completely unsafe. After we called back, they suddenly “found a nail” in the tire — which was not there before (we had already had it inspected prior to drop-off). Now they are refusing to take any responsibility. To make matters worse, when we asked about repairing it, they told us we would need to take it somewhere else to get it patched because “they don’t do that” — despite telling us at drop-off that they would look at the leak. So not only did they: Keep our car for over three weeks Continuously push back deadlines Provide inconsistent and conflicting information Fail to communicate updates Release the car without mentioning a flat tire They also drove it in an unsafe condition and are refusing accountability. This experience was disorganized, unprofessional, and deeply frustrating from start to finish. If you value your time, your vehicle, and basic customer service, do not go here. There are far better collision repair shops that actually communicate and stand behind their work.

I was recommended here from my mechanic who told me I needed body work/welder because my driver side door wasn’t closing all the way. Brett from the office and Jeff from the shop took a look, and realized that two bolts just needed to be tightened- no body work/welding needed. They did provide me with an estimate for if the door starts having issues again, which I will gladly return to them to get fix. I highly recommend this team- honest, kind, easy to talk to & knowledgable.

My Equinox was dropped off at this location on the 27th of February. Reason I am adding this to reviews is because reviews that are posted are from King Collision. We'll see if there reviews are legit,

I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of service from Service King. From the start, I was greeted by a friendly concierge who walked me through the repair process explaining in detail what to expect. After dropping my car off, I was contacted frequently with updates on repair status. Finally, upon picking up my vehicle, I was given a good summary of all repair work done, an explanation of the warranty, and a point of contact to talk to if I had concerns. I highly recommend this place
