My sister called this phone number as the Orland Park police department recommended this company to help her and her boyfriend out with a jump start. THE POLICE DEPARTMENT RECOMMENDED THEM! Just for them to laugh at her and say “You’re supposed to call your friend to jump start your car”. Why would the police department refer them to my sister and waste everyone’s time if she’s just supposed to call her friend? Your company is useless, uncaring and unprofessional. You probably are better off calling a friend or asking someone nearby for help which is sad because your whole business model is based on providing tow and recovery services and also shows 24/7 roadside assistance. The fact that this company hires incompetent people who don’t understand how their business works, speaks volumes. Do not use this company at all if you want peace of mind. Find a better company or use your insurance or warranty roadside service. *UPDATE* now they are accusing me of threatening their employee when the fact was I said I will be looking at ways to get the government involved like the BBB or State Attorney and have a person who heard me say this. As well as saying my sister is lying when there was two other people who witnessed the phone call.
