I'm writting to highly recommend (United Car Care) a highly reputable company in the auto repair industy. The owner & mechanic, Raazi is not onlyhonest with himself when it comes to diagnosing thr car's problems but also possess high quality workmanship. INCIDENT: I took my car for a weelbearing issue to a repair shop, elsewhere and it was repaired very poorly. It did cost me tons $$$$ in repair alsone. But the problem still remais. After thr repair, all the warning lights in dashboard lits while driving and wheels make rubbing noise. I was very frustrated. I went back to the same repair man and spent hours together to fix the problem. It was dark in the evening and no resolution yet. I drove back home but I am very upset for not only wasting my whole day but also money. The result of my car repair progress by previous repair tech shared with my children. Then, they suggested me to take it to United Car Care and meet Raazi. Raazi diagnosed my car and came up the problem that there were two different issues with my car in about 5 minutes. A magnet sensor that connects to wheelbearing was installed by previous mechanic and a ABS sensor very poorly and damaged. Upon replacing both parts and RESET the parameters, the car now drives like brand new. The whole process took time in about a coule of hours and it did cost me $$ leas. I am very happy customer. Exceptional is the best word to describe Razi uncle’s work! He is not only incredibly talented but also honest, professional, and truly cares about delivering the best for his customers. My car had some major issues, and Razi uncle quickly diagnosed the problem, explained everything clearly, and completed the repairs in record time.
