I was in need of an oil change when I called. A gentleman named Dee assisted me in booking my appointment, and I was able to bring my vehicle in promptly. Upon my arrival at the Naperville location, I was greeted by a manager named Ike. He was exceptionally courteous, and my oil change was completed very efficiently. Ron was the technician who serviced my car, and he went above and beyond by ensuring my tires were at the correct PSI, preparing my car for the road. I highly recommend this location their teamwork is truly outstanding.

Ike the manager is rude. Would not do ride share inspection stating car need to be clean far as vacuumed. Always hated this location rude staff. No where on form does it say car need to be cleaned. Mind you it just rained night before which means debris will be in cars. He wanted to argue saying it’s on forms when in fact it’s not. Oh and check photos out driver side only with leave debris rest of car clean. Will never visit this one again. I’ll always stick to Kirk road Ron and Jerry awesome! Went there got it done.

I just dropped my car off for tires and after they are done I will never be back based on the front desk guy he is incredibly rude. At first he refused to find the key for the tires and I was like I brought it to you I don’t know what you’re talking about a key for the tires, so he begrudgingly went with me to my car to find they key. He sighs too much, and is just a miserable ride dude. Will never come back here based on that. I had to call before my appointment a couple days prior and he also answered the phone and he was rude then. A little customer service goes a long way.
