I went in to check what sounded to me like a very subtle front suspension rattle, The team at NAS were accommodating, very transparent and honest in their effort to answer my questions and inspect my cars front suspension.. there was nothing at all wrong and that is exactly what they told me. They only charged me 30 bucks instead of the full 75 bucks inspection, and they shared quotes for other routine maintenance jobs which cost half what Mazda dealer center charges!! I am certainly going back to do those.. highly recommended!

I had an amazing experience with Naperville Automotive solutions! I called the shop and Tyler was so helpful with me and answered every question I had for him. He helped me pick out a new exhaust for my car and seemed more excited than I was about getting it. He made the experience 10x better and I highly recommend this place for any car work. The owner also talked to me about my exhaust in a very respectful manner and it goes a long way!

I had a great experience here from the friendliness of Tyler in making my appointment. The day of my appointment they really worked with me trying to get my car in and out as quickly as possible due to another commitment that I had and I know that’s not always possible, but they really tried and they did a wonderful job helping me. The mechanic who worked on my car fixed what needed fixing and let me be aware of anything else they found that needed some attention for the near future. I really appreciate you guys and I will be back for future appointments if and when needed thank you so much.

I went to Naperville Automotive Solutions with some odd requests for my race car. I needed steel valve stems installed on all 4 tires, and 2 new tires installed on the rear. I provided all the materials. Tyler at the front desk was incredibly helpful getting me into the schedule so it was worked on right as I arrived, and made sure what I needed was documented for the guys in the shop. Max in the shop was thorough and noticed a flaw in one of my new tires, which I feel would have gone un-noticed anywhere else. It balanced out decently, but as he was inspecting the tire in rotation, he noticed a hump on the tread towards one side of the tire, that was about 1/4" taller than anywhere else. This would have been very dangerous to run on the street, let alone the track. After a call with Summit (where I bought the tires from), they agreed the internal construction of the tire had failed causing the issue and sent me a new one. Have had both mounted and balanced since, and am very grateful to Max for noticing this, and Tyler for the guidance. Great work all around.
