I originally went for an alignment but got control arms done too and left the shop with a check engine light 30 minutes later. A couple days later the car stopped at a light and wouldn’t turn back on, along with a battery and power steering light. Scared the life out of my mom but thankfully she made it home and we didn’t have to pay $100 to tow it. I found out what happened because the shop couldn’t. I called them with the check engine light issue and they told me it had nothing to do with the work they did. Guys, come on, a 42k-miles engine which has never had a light on, coincidentally had it come on right after a service with you, and you had nothing to do with it? But Enzo kept saying “we did suspension work we had nothing to do with touching the engine!” Even if Enzo was sure, checking with the gentleman who worked on the car wouldn’t have hurt. And had he did, he would have found out that you do in fact have to loosen bolts on the engine and lift it slightly to get access to the control arms. The control arms literally sit under and support the engine mounts. On the other side, you also have to disconnect the air box as you don’t want the hose getting damaged as you lift the engine. Anyway after another trip to their shop, receiving wrong diagnoses and finally ordering supplies for myself to diagnose the problem, I asked Chat and it told me to check the airflow sensor. I barely slid my hand in when I saw the airbox wiggle around and the massive hose completely detached. I mean the clamp was unscrewed and moved off of it. Anyway I put it back together and screwed it on and success! I returned the $200 battery I got, a $40 hose they told me to get, and canceled the alternator replacement at a different shop ($1k fix). I wouldn’t come back again for this reason but also because I had to go in twice for the alignment to be correct and it still isn’t straight (I don’t want to go in a 3rd time). I went to acorns tire in aurora and they did it perfect on the first try. And then also the fact that they charged me $19 for a lug nut when I just got them brand new for $3 a piece from advance auto 😤. I would have brought in another lug nut myself had they told me that one broke. Lastly I work in support and even when I know I’m right I still investigate for the customer just in case and sometimes we do find an issue on our end. While Enzo did keep calm as I explained the problems and looked for ways to help and even make things cheaper, I do think that care and attention to detail really need to be worked on. If techs were to really give it their best on the first try instead of getting cars in and out asap, I think that would work better. Side note - make sure to tape your insides with shop towels as their oily hands will get all over your upholstery. Oh and ask if you can bring your own parts in - I paid $500 for parts I could have gotten for $200. In total I spent a painful $1600 at the shop 😪.

First, to the owner of this establishment, THANK YOU! I really appreciate everything you and your team did to make my experience great! Back story- I needed to have a new starter installed. Mikes More Miles was by far the most reasonably priced, informative of the process and kept me updated when the service was completed. Additionally , they offered a complementary shuttle service, and the service was done QUICK! They made a lasting first impression and I would definitely recommend this repair establishment!

I scheduled over the phone an oil change for my wife's car, and was told to bring it in first thing in the morning. When we brought it in, they were not expecting it, but arranged to service it quickly. I had brought my own car too, and they agreed to handle both ASAP. While waiting I used my phone to go to the Mike's website and found a discount oil change price, and they honored it for both cars. Both cars were serviced in about 90 minutes, and a few additional service suggestions were made, along with quotes. Overall the service was very good, and met all my expectations. I will probably return for other work, and certainly for my next oil change. I can't vouch for other services i haven't tried, but I would recommend their oil changes.

Went in for a sensor issue and was taken care of promptly and swiftly. Curt explained everything to me in easy-to-understand language, which I really appreciated since I don’t know much about cars. Overall, a great experience! Thanks Mike More Miles!
