TLDR: this review is for other women from a woman- trustworthy service that isn’t trying to scam you or make you feel stupid. You won’t need to have your dad/husband/partner on standby. Full review: I’ve been servicing my Honda Civics here for almost a decade. The crew is very knowledgeable and does not mansplain things like other places- they try their best to make it make sense. Additionally, they’ve never made me feel bad for declining a recommended service- they’ve let me sleep on it and come back no judgment. Over the years I’ve learned a basic car maintenance because of the crew. I haven’t had an issue with pricing, everything has been very reasonable. At the end of the day you get what you pay for- I genuinely think my old civic lived as long as it did and would have lived longer, if it didn’t get totaled, because of the work that Maximum had put into it (14 years and she was still running like new). I call ahead to check but I can usually drop my car off for an oil change, filter, rotation, and the occasional alignment- they can get me in and out within a couple hours. Waiting area is nicely kept so it’s chill to wait there or you can walk around the area, there’s a bit to explore.

I’ve always had great service here. Even if I call and I don’t even up bringing my car in, they are patient with me and provide me with information. I’ve always felt I could trust them with my car and they would fix it properly. I would recommend this business to others.

Casey and his team are extremely hands on and customer friendly and are happy to work with you for whatever you need. I just did a huge build on my truck, talked to a lot of shops in the area and happy I went with Maximum Automotive to handle everything as the truck came out even better than I could have imagined. More-so than how the truck came out was how happy I was with the process from start to finish when dealing with Maximum Automotive. They are the BEST in town.

Have no warranty on the repairs done, only parts warranty and expect you to pay labor again. Not trustworthy at all, will never return for services on my vehicles.
