I visited Goodyear on Saturday during a tire emergency and appreciated that the staff took the time to look at my BMW and did not charge me, even though they were unable to repair the flat or provide a replacement tire, which is surprising. That said, I was disappointed to later discover that the wheel lugs had been damaged during the process, (over torqued), which resulted in over $200 in parts and labor to replace them. I understand emergencies can create pressure, but more care and attention should have been taken when working on the vehicle. I do appreciate the effort to help in a difficult situation, but I hope greater caution is used with customers’ vehicles in the future.

Terrible place. I asked to have the rear wheels changed and to swap the tire from a broken wheel onto another one that was already on the car. I clearly stated my request. I had an appointment at 10 AM, but they didn’t call me until 1:30 PM. My mistake was not checking their work. They just replaced my front wheel, which was bent and had a serious crack. Because of that, I almost crashed my car when I hit a pothole and nearly hit another vehicle. I brought my car back, and they graciously (not really) agreed to do what I originally asked. They told me it would take 30 minutes and that they would call me. In reality, it took another 2 hours. So, a simple wheel and tire swap took them 5.5 hours, which caused me to miss my scheduled maintenance appointment, and now I have to wait another two weeks. On top of that, they got my white interior dirty, even though I specifically asked them not to put the wheels inside and told them I’d come with a second car. Apparently, that wasn’t convenient for them. And they didn’t even apologize for everything they messed up. Horrible service.

I liked coming to Acorn Goodyear. But, since Matt is gone and you put Devon in charge. I won't be back. I brought my car in because of all the things they fixed. I had a flashing battery and brake lights. And, was told they checked everything the fixed. And, it could be electrical. BUT, I NEVER GOT ANY PAPER WORK SHOWING WHAT THEY DID. I thought, you give people papers. So, that's how Devon runs your Business. I went to another car place and they said, alternator. So, I will never be back. And will be letting Goodyear Corporate Office know about no paper work. Given To Me.

Thought I needed a new tire. Slow to medium leak and what looked like wear on the outside of the tire. I spoke on the phone with Andre to order a new tire. It was there the same afternoon. Worth noting that he was extremely friendly and helpful. I arrived for my tire change.I was greeted by friendly staff members. Upon inspection of my tire, a piece of glass was found. Andre said it could be easily patched and what looked like wear on the tire was from me driving on it, low on air. It was cosmetic only. This showed me the integrity of this business. They could have sold me the tire for much more than the patch. This will be my place going forward. Tell your friends! 🙂

Horrible business ‼️‼️‼️ Originally began coming years ago when there was an incredible store manager. However now I am not sure what has happened. Came in for an oil pressure issue and was told it was a sensor then a PCV value. Never ran a diagnostic but said that was the issue. That was not! After paying 539 dollars I had to come back after a week and now you want to run a diagnostic ⁉️⁉️⁉️ Not to mention the brakes were done in April and have been screeching ever since. Needless to say I will be contacting the BBB. Poor business.
