Frankie is my "car guy" and I drive over 1.5hrs just to see him for even an oil change. They're great guys, super affordable, and have gone above and beyond to help me out on numerous occasions! I don't trust anyone else.
View on GoogleI’ve taken my car here in the past and had a good experience. I took it again last week because something was hanging from the bottom of my car. Turns out it was just the heat shield and they fixed it for free! As a women it is very hard to find a mechanic or shop who is honest with you and not just trying to get you to spend money. I will definitely take my car back there in the future

They turn around a service request quickly and always charge fair prices for parts and labor. I trust their advice and have never paid for something that wasn’t absolutely needed to be repaired. We recently needed a new alternator installed and had our car towed to the shop. They assessed it within an hour, provided an accurate estimate on cost and timing before proceeding with the repair. We had our car back within 24 hours and are very happy with the work. I would recommend Frankie and Johnnie’s to anyone looking for a trusted auto service partner.

I easily panicked because I didn’t know which place to visit for this, and I'll be driving long-distance soon. I left a message through the shop’s webpage on Saturday and Frank responded to my inquiry on Sunday that I can drop off the car on Monday. They just got it fixed and I could drive the car on Tuesday. They kept communicating with me for price options and ETA. Great service, friendly staff, easy access, clear communication. Other services were being offered at reasonable rates. Plus, there is a car rental within a walkable distance. I highly recommend this place.
