I am very happy to have found a trusted and excellent auto service center in the area. Craig and his team are honest, competent, thorough, polite, and incredibly trustworthy. He takes time to explain everything one by one, answer any questions, and is never pushy, just practical and factual. I had asked them to check out some things for me and many came back as not needing service. Craig patiently explained his reasoning for every item. I am confident that our cars are getting the services and attention that they need, no less and no more. I fully recommend Craig's without hesitation for any auto service or repairs. Great people.

Craig’s Auto has been nothing short of outstanding every single time I’ve been there. They consistently go above and beyond...not just for me, but for those I have recommended to them as well. It’s rare to find a shop that delivers this level of reliability and integrity. At this point, I joke that I’ve got a used car lot sitting in my driveway with five cars and Craig’s Auto takes care of every single one of them. No matter the vehicle or the issue, they handle it with the same level of care and attention. The quality of their work is always clean, thorough, and done right the first time. On top of that, their pricing is incredibly fair, which makes trusting them even easier. You never feel upsold or taken advantage of, just well taken care of. I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else. I’ve been taking my cars to Craig’s Auto for many years—both at their old location and now at the new one—and the consistency of care is what keeps me coming back. There are plenty of shops closer to my home, but I’m willing to go out of my way because Craig and his team treat my cars like they actually matter. The work is done right, communication is straightforward, and I never feel upsold or talked down to. They take the time to explain what’s needed, what isn’t urgent, and why.
