Let’s just say they took good care of me! I’ve got an older cargo van and the tires were difficult to match, but we found the perfect set. They had them ordered and installed the very next day … and ahead of schedule. They gave me an amazing deal on a set of Firestone tires as well. I wouldn’t look any further if you’re looking for a new set of tires. Highly recommended!
View on GoogleBelieve me, the tire shop at other Costcos are much better. The only reason this tire shop has bad reviews is because of few very rude employees working here. EDUARDO is the person I'm referring to. The two times I changed my tires, he attended to us. He has been very rude and quite frankly not suitable to work in a customer facing environment. When we were asking questions - he was very rude to my wife and said--" I don't like too many questions, your car will be with us next few hours so ask questions keeping that in mind" ... This is no way of treating executive members at Costco. Intolerable and shameful of Costco to employ these kind of rude people. Also the work performed was subpar.

View on GoogleHonestly a terrible experience. Stated 45 minutes to change the tires I had previously purchased online. Ended up taking over ,2 hour and 45 minutes. Well have to go back as the tires were not properly installed. We are executive members and typically love Costco. Not sure how they can be satisfied with this pathetic level of service. The delay was never communicated and there was a line of people who had to wait so long that their groceries went bad.
View on GoogleWas turned away cause I didn't have an appointment, which is understandable, so we scheduled an appointment. Came 15 mins early for the appointment, and someone in front of me didn't have an appointment, and they took them in and would be done in 30 mins. when I checked in, they said it'd be 2 hours for a tire rotation cause they are backed up. So I left and was told to call ahead for an appointment but the appointment doesn't matter.
