Great experience! All the staff was so helpful, from booking, to the day of service, to finishing up. I had all brakes done and was so happy they do those on Saturday! They also checked the engine oil filter box which I was stressed about and had been told would cost me $700 to replace, and they were like, its just a stripped screw, and just added the screw as a courtesy. Then they went above and beyond to make it affordable for me. All the service staff was very attentive, literally all them asked me whether I'd been helped when Ibwas standing around. The customer service was top notch. You will feel that they value your business and well taken care of - highly recommended.

My truck’s fuse box malfunctioned and left my truck inoperable. I called 3 dealerships who had very rude service receptionists. They could not schedule an appointment for five or more days. Jenny at Castle Chrysler Naperville was polite and professional. She was able to schedule an appointment in two days. I had my car towed to the dealership and waited for a service advisor to call. I talked to Bob U. He ascertained information regarding the previous repair shop diagnostic that he would relay to his mechanics. I called to follow up on the day my car was scheduled to be serviced but my calls were transferred to an automated system, so I decided to drop in to speak to a Service Advisor. When I walked in everyone was busy and did not seem to want to make eye contact. Yvette Bailey not only made eye contact while she was on the phone but she acknowledged my presence and said she would be right with me. After concluding her business on the phone, she pulled my file from Bob’s desk, who was off that day, and followed up with a mechanic in the shop. I was so pleased with her customer service. Because of my positive experience with Yvette, Jenny and Bob, I’m happy to write this review. Castle Chrysler of Naperville will be my first call for all dealership repairs to my truck. Thank you for a pleasant repair service experience.

Took one of our fleet trucks in for a wheel alignment without an appointment and they were able to get it scheduled and completed the same day. The team was professionally, efficient and understood that down time is critical for our business. Great service we’ll definitely be back!

I scheduled a full vehicle inspection a week in advance after having the engine and transmission replaced by another repair shop. I dropped the vehicle off as scheduled but didn’t receive any updates for two days. During that time, I called multiple times to check on the status, but no one returned my calls. I eventually drove to the dealership myself to find out what was going on. When I arrived, I found two service employees chatting in the service department. After asking about my vehicle, I was told they had simply forgotten about it. After waiting two days with no communication and then being told my vehicle had been forgotten, I asked for my keys and left. This was a very frustrating experience and demonstrated a lack of communication, organization, and respect for my time. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this dealership’s service department.

They do great work. Having most things covered under my extended warranty is wonderful. Draw back was appointment scheduler telling me my appointment should take about an hour. I scheduled for two hours. There was something under recall that needed to be fixed and I was there for 4 hours. Which is fine, but if they had let me know, I could’ve had someone come pick me up and come back later. As always, great staff and great work!
